Terms without traps.

By creating a SiteBrain account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you're acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

SiteBrain is a SaaS platform that lets you plug an AI chatbot into your website. We crawl your site, build a structured knowledge base, and expose a widget that your visitors can interact with via a single script tag on your site.

You're responsible for the security of your account — including your password and any API keys you generate. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use SiteBrain.

You agree not to use SiteBrain to:

• break any law or violate the rights of others,
• host or generate content that's illegal, hateful, fraudulent, or abusive,
• attempt to bypass service rate limits or security controls,
• reverse engineer or copy SiteBrain,
• build a competing product using our service.

Breach of these rules can lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Your website content remains yours. You grant us only the licence we need to host, crawl, vectorise and surface that content in your chatbot.

You're responsible for having the right to use the content you give SiteBrain (including any documents you upload).

The free plan is free forever and includes 50 messages per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can change plans at any time from your dashboard — changes prorate automatically.

If your subscription fails to renew, we'll suspend access to paid features but keep your data for 30 days.

We do our best to keep SiteBrain available 24/7, but we don't guarantee availability on the Starter or Pro plans. Enterprise plans come with a formal SLA — details in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteBrain is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability over any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us for SiteBrain during that period.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Poland, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
